KENILWORTH, NJ - Five more confirmed cases of coronavirus, COVID-19, are known in Kenilworth Mayor Linda Karlovitch announced Saturday morning. This brings Kenilworth's total to 135.

There are 135,454 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in New Jersey, 8,952 in Union County, and 8,952 deaths according to the State Department of Health. 

As Mayor Karlovitch receives the number of confirmed coronavirus cases she will notify TAPinto Kenilworth immediately for publication. To protect the private medical information of these individuals, the mayor is not provided with the names of those affected based on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Residents are encouraged to stay home and practice social distancing.
