KENILWORTH, NJ – The Bears traveling boys basketball team had two great games last week winning both of them. Thursday, January 30, the team beat Scotch Plains 60-35. Kevin Kopak was the key player from that game. Kopak is new to the team this season and came up big with rebounds and four points. His coaches Melissa Condo and Tim Zawacki said “Kevin has a great work ethic which adds to our team.” Saturday, February 1, the team defeated Bedminster in overtime 46-43. The key player of the game was Tyler Zawacki. His defense stood out as he scored thirteen points, five steals, and two assists.
