KENILWORTH, NJ – The Brearley girls varsity soccer team won the match against Roselle 2-0, Friday, September 20. Amber Fernandez scored a goal in the first half off of the breakaway around the goalkeeper to the back of the net. Emma Alles scored in the middle of the second half after Brearley had an indirect kick in the box.

Head coach Michelle Ventura is unbelievably proud and honored to be the coach of this team.  “These girls are respectful, hardworking, talented, and determined. Even with all of our injuries they left everything on the at field today and proved themselves. When watching these girls play you can see the chemistry that they have on and off the field. It’s one of the most humbling things to see as a coach.”

The next game will be at New Providence High School, September 23, at 4:00 p.m. when Brearley takes on New Providence.
