KENILWORTH, NJ – The Brearley girls varsity soccer team defeated Roselle Catholic 5-0 at the home game Thursday, September 19. Four different goal scorers led the Brearley girls to the win. Scoring for Brearley was Amber Fernandes two goals, Micaela Etlinger one goal and one assist, Micaela Etlinger one goal and one assist, and Emma Bestider one goal. Isabel Allocco had two assists and Naya Nascimento had one.

Head coach Michelle Ventura was extremely proud of the team’s performance.  Ventura said the following match “is one of the biggest games of the season for us.” The next game will be at Roselle Park High School, September 20 at 4:00 p.m. when Brearley takes on Roselle.
