DASI FALL FUN DAY & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS WALK

Newton – On October 13th from noon -4pm at Sussex County Community College, Domestic Abuse & Sexual Assault Intervention Services (DASI) is sponsoring a FALL FUN DAY and WALK FOR HOPE & SAFETY domestic violence awareness walk. The day will feature something for everyone, including free activities for children, a Tricky Tray of exciting baskets and gifts, multiple vendors, and food. Children’s activities include gourd bowling, arts & crafts, bean bag toss, sack races, and Strong Man Rob Agnoli & friends lifting a car, bending frying pans, and other amazing feats of strength! The Bake Sale features over 20 varieties of breads, cookies, candy, brownies, cake, tarts, bread pudding, homemade bagels and jelly. Register for the WALK FOR HOPE & SAFETY or sponsor a walker at www.dasi.org. Everyone who registers to participate in the WALK is automatically entered into a raffle to win a pearl necklace valued at $1000 donated by Golden Castle Jewelers. Sponsors of the event include Sussex Honda, Farmstead Golf & Country Club, TD Bank, Newton Medical Center, and Caristia, Kulsar & Wade, LLC.
