NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - Diane Murray, Aeisha Hayward, and Cynthia Atkins have franchised TAPinto Linden, covering original local news for the residents of Linden, 24-7.   

Diane L. Murray-Clements is a New Jersey native and former At-Large Councilwoman in Hillside, NJ.   Over the past 20 years, she has worked in the Insurance and Real Estate business in a wide variety of professional capacities for prominent Fortune 500 companies. Diane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management from Bloomfield College.  She currently owns and manages Diane L. Murray Insurance Agency located in Union County, NJ.  Diane is a lifelong member of Franklin-St. John's United Methodist Church in Newark, NJ and currently serves on the Board of Trustees.  She is the past President and CEO of Franklin-St. John's Credit Union founded by her mother, the late Dr. Jean A. Murray.

Aeisha Nicole Hayward, a graduate of Linden High School, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Bloomfield College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration from Kean University with an anticipated graduation date of May 2018.  She is also a member of Kean University's Pi Alpha Global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration.

Aeisha is founder and President of Concrete Rose Project, a community-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization missioned to "empower today's youth by guiding them towards the path of success and away from the negative social factors that are plaguing our society."  Aeisha is the recipient of the Urban League of Union County Young Professionals Entrepreneurship Award and the United Way of Greater Union County's 2017 Rising Star Award. 

Hayward said, "As a graduate of Linden High School and someone who has spent a substantial amount of my formative years in Linden, I am extremely excited about making a contribution to a community that has given so much to me.  TAPinto Linden isn't just a great opportunity for us, it's an even greater opportunity for the residents and businesses.  I couldn't be more excited about what's to come!" 

Dr. Cynthia Atkins is New Jersey born and currently lives in Roselle, NJ.  She is the founder and president of the nonprofit organization, Women of Shachah, Inc., which holds a yearly Women's Conference for the advancement and encouragement of Women from every walk of life and honors and annually recognizes women who have given to their communities, families, and churches.  She is also the owner of the boutique, Jeans and Things, LLC.  Cynthia is the published author of "Revealed Intercession." She has hosted the prophetic truths on the radio station WKMB 1070, as the "Radio Prophet", and was a columnist for the Christian Observer, "Prophetic Inspiration."  She is a member of the Emerge NJ organization and a member of Zeta Phi Beta, Inc.  She is also the recipient of the 2016 Union County Women of Excellence Award.  Cynthia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Divinity.

Local crisis hotline to screen remarkable film of Golden Gate jump survivor to raise suicide awareness

Local crisis hotline Caring Contact will present a special screening of "Suicide: The Ripple Effect," the remarkable story of Kevin Hines, who at 19 attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge.
