Zumba For Seniors

Zumba Fitness, "Zumba For Seniors" Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun & effective work out system!  Every 1st Monday of Every Month 11:00AM - 12:00pm. Registration is FREE however you do need to register.  Classes will be held at: John T. Gregorio Center 330 Helen Street, Linden, NJ 07036.  You can register at the Jon T. Gregorio Center in the office. If you need more information regarding this program please contact 908-474-8627.
