LINDEN, NJ - The Linden Cultural Committe and the Mystic Vision Players will be presenting the musical "Children of Eden" starting July 19 at Linden High School.
When asked about what prompted the choice of this show, director Howard Whitmore said, “This show has been close to my heart since it first appeared at Papermill, and the message is one that we all need to be reminded of from time to time.”
He elaborated on the strength of the show’s themes, saying, “At its core, Children of Eden is a show about the importance of family and learning from the mistakes of our forefathers so that we don’t repeat them.”
“We have a fantastically diverse and talented cast of all backgrounds and ages which makes the story truly inclusive,” said Whitmore. “No matter your background, you can relate.”
Children of Eden will be playing at Linden High School’s newly-renovated Susan L. Hudak Auditorium on July 19, 20, 25, 26, and 27 at 8:00 p.m. and on July 21 at 3:00 p.m..
