LINDEN, NJ - Linden Department of Parks and Recreation is offering an adult sewing class beginning in February.
The class provides residents with the opportunity to create the garment of their choice while learning the techniques necessary for successful completion of their project.
Students should bring to the first class a clothing sewing pattern for themselves from KWIK SEW or SIMPLICITY brands.
Fabric requirements will be discussed during the first class. Sewing machines are provided for use.
The class will be held Tuesdays, February 4-March 10, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the John T. Gregorio Center, 330 Helen St. The fee is $100 for a six-week class.
