Deadline for Filing Primary Petitions with Union County Clerk Is April 1

UNION COUNTY, NJ -- The deadline for filing a petition to run in a June Primary Election is Monday, April 1, 2019. Candidates who are interested, should register with the Union County Clerk's Office.

Union County Board of Elections Seeks Bilingual Poll Workers

UNION COUNTY, NJ - The Union County Board of Elections is actively seeking bilingual poll workers who are eager to help the community exercise their right to vote.

Poll workers are paid $200 to work from 5:15am to 8:15pm on Election Day and must be available to work both the June Primary Election and November General Election during the year.

Linden on Schedule to Have the ExpressVote XL Voting Machine

UNION COUNTY, NJ – The City of Linden is on schedule to have the new ExpressVote XL Voting Machine program implemented later on this year.

The following towns will receive the machines for the 2019 Primary Election:  Berkeley Heights, Elizabeth, Fanwood, Garwood, Kenilworth, Mountainside, Union and Winfield.
