LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston baseball’s Chris Senney drove in two runs for the Lancers in a home game against Paterson-Eastside on Saturday, giving the Lancers a solid 2-0 lead until Paterson responded with a run in the sixth and two runs in the seventh to take home the victory.

The 3-2 defeat drops the Lancers to a 4-6 overall record. Senior Logan Bushwell pitched the complete game for the Lancers, throwing a total of 76 pitches. Livingston’s three hits came from Senney, Richie DeMaio and Ryan Cardona.

The Lancers’ busy week was cut short after the scheduled home game against Seton Hall Prep was canceled on Friday due to weather. The competition would have been one of four-consecutive games this week, including a 2-0 loss to Summit and an 8-2 victory over Nutley.
