BNE Real Estate Group, a national real estate development organization with more than 60 years of experience and the parent company of homebuilder Millennium Homes, won two prestigious awards at the 2012 Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards annual banquet in Atlantic City on March 27.

BNE was honored for the interior merchandising of two of its flagship properties, Vizcaya, the luxury gated community in West Orange, and The Pointe at Turnbury, the active adult townhome community in South Brunswick. Vizcaya won Best Interior Merchandising for a Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community Over $350,000. The Pointe at Turnbury won Best Interior Merchandising for an Adult Community Over $300,000. Both communities were designed by Chicago-based Childs/Dreyfus Group.

“Vizcaya and The Pointe at Turnbury are two different types of communities, but they share a common bond of offering residents a maintenance-free, resort-like lifestyle and extraordinary interior spaces,” said Lisa Macchi, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Millennium Homes, the developer of The Pointe at Turnbury. “We pride ourselves on developing homes with remarkable indoor living spaces and the skillful merchandising of Childs/Dreyfus Group has enabled us to demonstrate them at their full potential.”
