NEWARK, NJ —A bronze plaque now located along Essex County Legends Way at the Essex County Government Complex in Newark was recently dedicated to Essex Fells resident Adrian Foley, former Essex County Surrogate
Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo, Jr. unveiled the plaque on Oct. 13 with Essex County Deputy Chief of Staff William Payne, Freeholder Patricia Sebold, Sheriff Armando Fontoura, Essex County Democratic Committee Chairman Leroy Jones, Connell Foley Law Partner Kenneth Kunzman, four law associates from the Connell Foley law firm, Monsignor Michael Kelly, Freeholder Lebby Jones, Assembly Speaker Emeritus Sheila Oliver and Freeholder President Britnee Timberlake.
A plaque in honor of the late John Clancy, the first Director of the Essex County Division of Youth Services, was also dedicated that day.
