CanStruction will be displaying their sculptures made entirely of canned goods through October 1, 2012, at the Livingston Mall.  The winners were announced last week and appear below.  Engineers and designers enter the competition and must create sculptures made entirely from donated canned goods.  This year's 26,000 cans will be donated to the Community Food Bank in Hillside after October 1. It's a great way for families to get a visual idea of the need that hungry families in our area experience every day.
