LIVINGSTON, NJ -- CardioYoga, located at 521 South Livingston Ave., will host an Evening of Relaxation Friday, June 7 at 7 p.m. that will blend their already popular MeditationMassage class with acupuncture. It will be an hour of allowing your body to relax and your mind to unwind in total relaxation.
Acupuncture has been a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 2,000 years. It balances the energy within the body, allowing the body to reset and experience pain relief for ailments such as tennis elbow, headaches, painful periods, seasonal allergies and blood pressure issues, to name a few. Acupuncture involves the insertion of hair-thin needles in various points on the body to alleviate various physical, mental, and emotional conditions by increasing circulation of qi and blood throughout the body.
Michelle Aubee, Dipl. Ac., L.Ac. is a nationally and state-licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chelsea Alban is a licenced massage therapist. Together they will treat your body with their complementary techniques, allowing your muscle tension and aches and pains to disappear.
Registration is limited to 12 spots. Class is $24 to drop in, or you can purchase a $49 class package for new students. Visit https://www.cardioyogastudio.com/events or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
