LIVINGSTON, NJ -- While there are still a few more weeks of summer to enjoy, it’s not too early to start thinking about fall activities for your children. Whether you have a toddler, child or teen, yoga has many benefits for all kids of ages. Yoga is a proven method to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. CardioYoga studio at 521 South Livingston Ave. offers classes for kids of all ages. All kids classes begin the week of September 12th. Introduce your 2-5 year old to the joy of yoga with a fun and interactive Mommy + Me class on Sundays at 11:30 a.m. Elementary school age children (6-9 year olds) can partake in Kids Yoga class on Thursdays at 4 p.m. Tweens (grades 4-6) have their own class on Sundays at 2:30 p.m. And teens (grades 7-9) have a special class on Sundays at 3:45 p.m. to help them to navigate the emotional ups and downs of hormones, the stress of school work and the self-esteem issues that can be prevalent during these years.
