Mission Crossfit motto:  "If it doesn't challenge you it won't change you"

Q: Describe what your business does:
A: We provide fitness for anyone regardless of age or abilities through CrossFit training and nutrition to achieve and maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Q: What sets your company apart from others in your industry?
A: Our coaching staff’s commitment to our members and their abilities.  I truly believe that our staff possesses the right techniques to safely challenge each individual, regardless of age, gender or abilities. It becomes a team effort which fosters success for everyone. No one is left behind.

Q: If your business was an animal, what would it be?
A: It would be an ant, because an ant is a power animal! It’s also a symbol of community, team work, hard work and perseverance.

Q: Why did you choose Livingston for the home of your business?
A: There are so many businesses here that are independently owned (not big franchisees) that have been around for many years and they are successful due to the support of its residents and the municipality.

Q: What is the most frequently asked question you get from potential customers or existing clients?
A: I think the most commonly asked question is: “Will I be able to do this?”

Q: What are you most passionate about?
A: Helping people accomplish their goals and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Q: What are some services that your business offers that people may not be aware of?
A: We offer personal training, youth strength & conditioning, kids program and nutrition. I’m always happy to meet with anyone interested in these topics and to help them get into the right program.

Q: What are some of your company’s successes or achievements that you are most proud of?
A: We are so proud of our members. Through them we are able to build a welcoming, supportive and friendly environment that extends beyond Mission Fitness.

Mission Fitness and its members also support and participate in various fundraisers involving fitness. For example, Mission Fitness held its first annual "Spectrum Works" for Autism fundraiser last year. Spectrum Works is a program that provides job training and employment to individuals with autism. We raised more than $10,000 dollars which was the most they had ever received.  We are very proud of that and we hope to do even more for their next event.

Q: Who are some of your local clients?
A: Mayor Al Anthony & his wife Lori and Monte Ehrenkranz from Regal Bank.

Q: What are some personal goals you have for your company?
A: I’d like to be more involved in supporting and contributing to the Livingston community in 2017.

Q: Does your business have a symbol or logo? What does it stand for?
A: Crosshairs. Looking through a scope, the crosshairs zero in on whatever the target may be. For us it represents fitness.
