The Family Council at Daughters of Israel will be presenting a program in conjunction with Barnabas Health’s Hospice and Palliative Care Center, called “Transitions in Care” on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. (snow date is Sunday, February 10). The program will take place at Daughters of Israel, 1155 Pleasant Valley Way, in West Orange, NJ.

The program will help participants learn about hospice, palliative care, and the impact of spirituality on advanced illness.
