Daughters of Israel held its annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon on April 19, 2017, recognizing 75 volunteers who dedicate their time to the Gift Shop, Laundry Services, Business Office, Rehab Center, Dietitians’ Office, Shipping and Receiving Department, Thrift Shop, and other areas throughout the Home.
Special guest Sheena Collum, mayor of South Orange, addressed the attendees on the importance of volunteerism and her particular affinity for seniors. The attendees also enjoyed a delectable luncheon buffet, fun games, and raffle prizes.
