David B. Wolfe, Esq., Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., was recently interviewed on “It’s Your Money,” News 12.  Mr. Wolfe spoke on many aspects of real property tax appeals ranging from the New Jersey’s filing deadlines and the assessment and revaluation process.

Wolfe is a member of the firm’s real property valuation and litigation departments.  Wolfe represents commercial and residential taxpayers in real property tax appeals and corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation. 

Wolfe serves as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Committee on the Tax Court and is co-chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  Wolfe has repeatedly been selected by Real Estate New Jersey as one of New Jersey’s “Most Prominent Real Estate Attorneys,” was named a “Super Lawyer” and selected as a “Forty‑Under‑40” New Jersey business leader by NJBIZ, a leading New Jersey business publication.   Wolfe is a frequent lecturer on professionalism and property tax appeals, and has been featured or quoted in a wide variety of local and national publications including The Star Ledger,,, NJBIZ, The Washington Post,,, The New York Law Journal, New Jersey Law Journal and New Jersey Law Journal.

Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York, where he was a member of the litigation department.  While at Davis Polk, Wolfe’s practice focused on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes.

Wolfe is a graduate of the New York University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.

Man Stabbed in Valley Section of West Orange

WEST ORANGE – A West Orange man was stabbed Sunday evening during an attack in The Valley section of the township, according to officials.
