LIVINGSTON, NJ -- The Livingston girls basketball team dominated the boards and came away with a 42-29 victory over Newark Central Monday night.

Kayla Parsons scored 13 points, grabbed six rebounds and made three steals for the Lancers (14-3), who had four players with six rebounds or more.

Morgan Scherr was a force inside with 10 points, 13 rebounds and two blocked shots for Livingston. Lauren Belcuore and Sarah Cullen also came down with six rebounds apiece in the victory. Aliza Gelman connected for 10 points and took four rebounds.
