LIVINGSTON, NJ — Jane Greene and Lauren Stone, sales representatives at Coldwell Banker’s Livingston Office who do most of their business in Essex, Morris and Union counties, are committed to working closely with each of their clients and are focused on exceeding their client’s expectations.
Stone has been in the real-estate business for 17 years, while her partner Jane has more than 13 years in real estate sales. Partnering for nearly two years now, the duo has closed on more than 60 properties. Both women were also recently recognized as “Gold Level” recipients of the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award.
According to the sales pair, they “wouldn’t have it any other way than being the passionate partners that they are.” The two met when their daughters were in elementary school and decided to partner in recent years knowing they could give even a higher level of service to their clients.
Both committed to doing “whatever it takes to please the client and get the job done,” Greene and Stone said they are each confident letting the other take on a client individually. By partnering, however, they said the client will “always have one of them by their side” to walk them through the process—from house hunting to appraisals, from home inspection to closings.
In full attendance at all times, the duo’s goal is to ensure 100-percent service and 100-percent customer satisfaction. Greene and Stone said the benefit of working in a partnership is that the client will never be without one of them.
In other words, either Greene or Stone will always be able to respond to a text or email or meet the client for an in-person appointment.
Greene and Stone said they do not have a “typical” client. Their clients range across the board from first-time homebuyers, experienced buyers and sellers, retirees to investors and builders. They also handle rentals with the same commitment as they do sales.
“Everyone will experience the same level of service and enjoy a memorable experience,” they said.
They also said that repeat customers are an essential part of their business. By combining their experience with personal attention and professionalism, Greene and Stone are enjoying working with past clients as well as their past clients sending friends and family their way.
