WEST ORANGE, NJ — Daniel Cohen and Kim Robins, seniors at Golda Och Academy in West Orange, have been named National Merit Finalists. Less than 1 percent of seniors (approximately 15,000) in the U.S. are named finalists.

The National Merit Scholarship Organization selects finalists based on their PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test scores from October 2015 as well as their “abilities, skills and accomplishments.”

The high school congratulated both students for the "outstanding honor" this week.
