Goldfish Swim School Joins Tenant Mix at The Fresh Market Shoppes at The Livingston Circle

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Goldfish Swim School, which provides swim lessons and water safety instruction to infants and children ages four months to 12 years, recently continued its nationwide expansion by leasing space at the Fresh Market Shoppes at Livingston Circle in Livingston.

Located at 277 Eisenhower Parkway, the swim school will round out a mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers, and solidifies The Fresh Market Shoppes at the Livingston Circle as a “one-stop shopping destination,” according to Peter Schofel, managing partner at Eastman Companies, which manages the center.

“This lease signing illustrates the growing trend of non-traditional tenants seeking space at successful retail properties,” he said. “The Fresh Market Shoppes at the Livingston Circle’s visibility, co-tenancy and accessible parking proved to be a winning combination for this franchise owner. We are confident that Goldfish Swim School will be a tremendous asset to both the center and the local community.”

In addition to year-round swim lessons Goldfish Swim School also provides family swim time, private use of the facility for birthday parties and the opportunity for youngsters to join a recreational swim team. The Livingston-based facility will have a 78-foot pool and a windowed viewing gallery for parents

Goldish Swim School’s “Perpetual Lessons” model focuses on teaching swim and safety skills while building character, according Jeff Posner, who co-owns the Livingston franchise along with his wife, Larisa.

“Goldfish Swim School has a special way of making the swim lesson experience exactly what every child and parent wants it to be,” he said. “From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with vibrant, bright colors and tropical décor. Every square inch of these unique facilities is designed to enhance learning, fun and safety.”

The new Livingston location will offer flexible class schedules and an experienced staff of trained and certified swim instructors. Water-and pool-area air temperatures will be kept at 90 degrees and an advanced water purification system will ensure the pool is consistently clean and sanitary.

“We searched for nine months to find the right location,” said Larisa Posner. “The Fresh Market Shoppes at the Livingston Circle is a beautiful shopping center with an ideal combination of location, accessibility, signage and most importantly, ample parking.”

The Posners said they look forward to bringing the Goldfish Swim School experience to residents of Livingston and the surrounding communities.

Valyrian Steel: Where is it All? Should We Still Care?

There is a glaring hole in recent Game of Thrones seasons that needs to be addressed: the ability of Valyrian steel to destroy White Walkers has not been acknowledged since before Jon Snow’s death.

In fact, it hasn’t been mentioned since the Season Five finale when Jon Snow reveals this discovery to Sam Tarly. Jon has cared about little more than the war between the living and ...
