Homewatch CareGivers Receives Best of Home Care—Leader in Excellence Award from Home Care Pulse

Homewatch CareGivers of South Orange announced that for the third consecutive year they are a recipient of the distinguished Best of Home Care—Leader in Excellence Award from Home Care Pulse. Homewatch CareGivers is the ONLY agency in northern New Jersey to earn this recognition.

Home Care Pulse is the home care industry’s leading firm in performance benchmarking and quality satisfaction management. They survey clients and caregivers for over 1,600 home care agencies across North America. This year, 73 agencies were selected for the "Leader in Excellence" Award, with only three in New Jersey. The award selection is 100% based on telephone interviews conducted with clients, family members, and caregivers over the course of the previous year.

“We are very proud to receive 'Leader in Excellence' recognition. We believe it reflects our effort to deliver superior home care support to our clients and their families. We pride ourselves in developing a unique relationship with each client and, when appropriate, their family members. Our nursing team, Stacey Chusid, Karen Frank, and Debbie Ginefra, visit every client on a regular and frequent basis. Our social workers, Margo Weill and Melissa Weiss Bressler, and Jessica Lesnik are always available to help our clients and their families deal with the many challenges that come with aging. Our caregiver managers, Celina Robinson and Eneika Fowler, do an amazing job of ensuring we fill almost every requested shift. And, most importantly, we want to recognize our dedicated caregivers who are with our clients every day. It truly takes a team effort to achieve this recognition and we are blessed with a great group,” says Larry Aronson, owner at Homewatch Caregivers of South Orange.
