Jordan Baris Inc. Helps People Find Homes Anywhere

Dear Friends:

Last week, my family and I visited Charlotte, North Carolina. The purpose of the trip was to watch our daughter participate in the national swim invitational. Needless to say, the entire event was a wonderful experience for all of us. During our trip, we also had the opportunity to see our friends, who had moved there from West Orange last summer. I sold their home and arranged for a Realtor in Charlotte to assist our friends to buy a new home. As an affiliate of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Jordan Baris Inc. Realtors is a global real estate company which empowered me to help our friends find the perfect home in the Charlotte area. Our network consists of over 3,500 offices and 120,000 sales associates in nearly 50 countries. If you or someone you know needs real estate services in almost any part of the world, please contact me and I can make the connection for you. The top tier professionals we have available provide stellar service for those looking to purchase or sell virtually anywhere.

Upon our return, I feel re-energized and the real estate numbers indicate the market is re-energized, too. In February, there were 67 new listings in West Orange. In comparison, March produced 106 new listings which is an increase of 58 percent. Furthermore, many of the properties are selling quickly. In The Grande, the average days to sale in the past 12 months is only 28 days. The average sales price in the Gregory section in the past 12 months has increased by 7 percent, with 14 percent of the homes being sold in 30 days or less. Of those homes sold in less than 30 days, 20 percent were sold over list price.

With the long, brutal winter behind us, now’s the perfect opportunity to start thinking about spring cleaning and preparing your yard for the warm weather ahead. There are simple steps you can take to create a different look. Adding flowers around the outside of the home is an easy way to add beautiful colors. Flowers can either be put directly into the ground or arranged in planter’s boxes that can then be situated on a porch or a windowsill. You can also add shrubs to your lawn by planting a mixture of bushes. Enjoy the weather.

If you are interested in buying, selling, or relocation, I would be happy to meet with you. Please call or text me at 973-583-1926 or email me at to schedule an appointment.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Extra Time

It was close to 70 minutes into the match and I had to go to the bathroom.  Badly.

As fans watching the World Cup know too well, bathroom breaks are a serious dilemma, especially for those who don’t have a TV in the loo.  This biological necessity is exasperated by beer, which during World Cup matches also fuels a strong propensity to throw chairs and instigate riots.
