He added, “This is an exciting time for Jordan Baris, Inc. We are poised for growth and are interested in people looking for a career with a fun, dynamic, forward thinking company.”

The Jordan Baris team receives a number of tools and technologies for success and client experience including CRM, JB Advantage, RREIN Agent, Zillow.com and Trulia.com.

“There are many models in the Real Estate Industry and ours is based on partnership with our team,” he said. “Not all brokerages are the same and many charge thousands of dollars, while others simply do not have the tools, technology and support that we offer our associates.”

All members of the Jordan Baris team receive access to CRM, which brings in leads directly from their personal websites, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and jordanbaris.com. The CRM includes campaigns and business intelligence to best understand the needs of prospects and clients.

They also have access to the firm’s exclusive hyperlocal analytics tool, JB Advantage, which analyzes real estate instantly and drills down to neighborhoods and school districts.

“’The New York Times’ has used our analytics in feature articles four times,” said Baris, who has presented at numerous national conferences about the product. “This tool alone can mean a great deal towards your financial success through having the most useful and meaningful insights to provide your clients.”

As exclusive area members of the RREIN Network, every Jordan Baris associate also has his/her own video website with continuing updated real estate videos. Also, through RREIN, Jordan Baris Associates are provided with simple-to-use monthly drip marketing campaigns for clients, prospects and spheres of influence.

In addition, All Jordan Baris associates “benefit” from premier placement of listings on Zillow.com, with the leads sent directly to associates without any fee that many companies charge, according to Baris.

Associates also have Trulia.com Elite marketing paid by Jordan Baris, Inc., with leads provided directly to associates at no charge to them.

Baris also shared that all Jordan Baris Associates receive Realtor.com enhanced listings with up to 25 photos, custom headlines and descriptions and open houses at no cost.

“This means that our associates are featured on their listings with no other realtor sharing the online ad, which results in more leads,” said Baris.

And, as members of Leading RE, Jordan Baris, Inc. is part of the real estate organization that “sells more real estate than any other franchise or network,” according to Baris. The benefits include an online university, networking, referrals, marketing materials and national and international exposure.

Our JB University training is multi-faceted as it includes one-on-one, sales meetings, off-site seminars, online training and a mentor program,” said Baris. “If you are interested in learning how to prosper in our industry, we are your solution.”

He added, “This is the tip of our iceberg. As, a firm entering its 65th year, we are poised for excitement and even greater success. If you feel that providing clients an outstanding experience through, constant communication, creative thinking and the use of our tools, technology and support is extremely valuable, we may have something to talk about.”

“Jordan Baris, Inc. has over 65 years of real estate success and we possess very strong name recognition in Northern New Jersey,” he said. “We are an easy commute to NYC and the surrounding areas. We credit our long-term success to a unique balance of tradition and innovation.”

Baris added, “We are very prominent in Essex, Union and Morris counties. Jordan Baris, Inc. has been built on the fundamental ideal of service to associates, customers and community. These ideals serve as the cornerstone of our organization.”

Extra Time

It was close to 70 minutes into the match and I had to go to the bathroom.  Badly.

As fans watching the World Cup know too well, bathroom breaks are a serious dilemma, especially for those who don’t have a TV in the loo.  This biological necessity is exasperated by beer, which during World Cup matches also fuels a strong propensity to throw chairs and instigate riots.
