Livingston Chamber of Commerce Hosts Happy Hour Networking Event

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Members of the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC) enjoyed a cash bar networking event held at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza last week

For those who are unable to attend the monthly LACC resource breakfast, the LACC now provides afternoon and evening networking opportunities through the monthly “After Hours” meet-up and the monthly “Lunch and Learn.”

The LACC invites members to an evening networking event hosted by Kearny Bank, located at 487 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, on July 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wine and appetizers will be served and a raffle will be offered to win a wine set.

The event will also feature a presentation about Risk & Retirement Investing featuring guest speaker Dalton Chandler of Morris Retirement. Those interested should RSVP by July 21 to Ruth Murray at 973-731-4630 or rmurray@kearnybank.com.

Also on July 25, guest speaker Joseph Altomare, Exclusive Master Broker, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, will present the topic “Health Insurance, What the Heck is Going On?” at the LACC’s third “Lunch and Learn” event. The event will be held in the lower level of the Livingston Senior and Community Center at 204 Hillside Avenue from 11:25 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

This free workshop, which focuses on common challenges faced by small businesses, is free and open to the public. To register, email LACC executive director Beth Lippman at info@livingstonchambernj.com.

Next month’s “After Hours” event will be held at Panevino at 637 Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston on Aug. 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
