LIVINGSTON, NJ — Ranked fourth overall in Essex County and the Super Essex Conference, Emily Fidler of the Livingston High School girls track and field team has been named Dr. Michael Rieber’s Livingston Athlete of the Week.
During this season alone, Fidler has placed first in the Shot Put at East Stroudsburg Annual Red & Black Invitational and also helped her helped her relay squads at the prestigious Essex County Relays, where her two person squads placed first in the Shot Put Relay with Dianah Graham and third in the Discus with Bella LaPolla.
According to head coach Nancy Petryna, “She is a quiet and humble athlete who dominates the competition in dual meets in the shot put throw for the Lancers.”
