LIVINGSTON, NJ — All Township of Livingston offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 for the Thanksgiving holiday, and there will be no garbage or recycling pickup on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 26). 

Online services remain available to all residents through the Livingston Township website.

GARBAGE:

Garbage for those with Monday/Thursday pickup will be collected on the next regularly scheduled day, Monday, Nov. 30.

For streets with Tuesday/Friday garbage collection, regular garbage and bulk items will be picked up on Friday, Nov. 27.

RECYCLING:

Recycling collection will move forward one day per the normal holiday schedule, affecting Zones 4 and 5.

Zone 4 recycling will be picked up on Friday, Nov. 27 and Zone 5 on Saturday, Nov. 28.

METAL RECYCLING:

There will be no metal pickup on Friday, Nov. 27. Regular Friday metal collection will continue on Friday, Dec. 4. Residents must register by noon on Thursday, Dec. 3 for that Friday’s pickup.
