LIVINGSTON, NJ — As of Tuesday afternoon, the Livingston Health Department has recorded a cumulative total of 596 COVID-19 cases reported among Livingston residents and also provided an age breakdown of all cases reported within Livingston from Sept. 1 to Oct. 20.

The following breakdown indicates the age ranges of 76 cases reported to the local health department since Sept. 1 and includes “probable cases,” or those who have either received positive COVID-19 test results via rapid testing or have developed symptoms after being knowingly exposed to someone confirmed as COVID-19 positive.

  • Age 0-10: 9 cases
  • Age 11-20: 15 cases
  • Age 21-30: 10 cases
  • Age 31-40: 12 cases
  • Age 41-50: 6 cases
  • Age 51-60: 18 cases
  • Age 61-70: 6 cases

According to the Livingston Health Department, there have been no cases reported from Livingston's long-term care facilities in the last month. Additionally, the total number of resident deaths attributed to the novel coronavirus has remained at 72 since Sept. 1.
