LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston Public Schools recently announced that the Lancers of the Month—students, faculty and staff who model for the entire Livingston High School (LHS) community the qualities and values that define LHS—include Desiree Joseph, Chloe Heller, Hunter Halpern, Rachel Kogut, Jenna Foley, Jacob Kling, Aaron Samuel and Zachary Zawila.

According to Livingston Public Schools, these individuals demonstrate the same qualities and values that help empower the school community to “learn, create, contribute, and grow.” That is, individuals who by what they do and how they do it give life to the community.

It is hoped that the community members can pay particular attention to the unsung heroes among them and ensure they are always a part of the nomination process. Lancers of the Month can satisfy any of LHS’ Role Model character traits, as well as any other admirable traits, such as kindness, civility or resiliency.

The Lancers of the Month are pictured above with LHS principal Mark Stern and dean of students Amro Mohammed.
