LIVINGSTON, NJ - Brian Zou, a seventh-grader at Heritage Middle School, won first place in the Junior High Category in the 2013-2014 AAA Traffic Safety Poster Program Contest. Brian’s hand-drawn poster illustrated how to “Be a Good Passenger.”

In addition to the Gifted & Talented Art Program at Heritage Middle School, Brian also attends Sharron Art Center in Parsippany for private art instruction.

The AAA Traffic Safety Poster Program Contest encourages creativity, while providing a unique opportunity for students to communicate traffic safety messages to their peers. The program allows young people to use their imagination and artistic talents to create an original slogan and poster design or public service announcement (PSA) in a selected safety category.
