LIVINGSTON, N J - Livingston Township has issued a Heavy Traffic Advisory for the area surrounding Livingston High School for June 30. Due to the Governor’s visit to the High School, traffic throughout the area is expected to be extremely congested. Motorists are advised to avoid the entire area surrounding Livingston High School.
This is an invite-only event and attendees must hold tickets to attend. Ticket holders will be directed to parking.
Those who plan to attend but do not have a ticket will be allowed on the Oval; however, they will be kept behind a temporary fence, according to reports.
There will be no parking for non-ticketed attendees.
News media will be allowed to set up on Madonna Drive, which will be closed to all other traffic.
The Library will be open, and drivers will be able to proceed up the east side of Memorial Oval and out through Waller Road.
Please Note: The west side of the Oval will be closed to all traffic.
Motorists who must be in this area will experience heavy traffic, congestion, and significant delays, according to Township officials.
