LIVINGSTON, NJ – Two wellness amenities, including 70fit and Junction Bodyworks personal training studio, celebrated their grand openings at 70 South Orange Avenue this week, giving the tenants and employees of the Eastman Companies-owned complex as well as the public the opportunity to keep their health and fitness goals on track.
Livingston Mayor Ed Meinhardt, members of the township council and members of the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce gathered at the facility to help owner Nikki Gnozzio cut the celebratory red ribbon.
“The demand by office tenants for upscale health and wellness facilities show no signs of slowing,” said Eric Maurer, director of leasing. “We continually look for opportunities to raise the bar for suburban office amenities, as well as incorporate a range of fitness options to help support a balanced lifestyle for our tenants.”
Junction Bodyworks offers private individual and small group personal training and sports massage therapy sessions to the general public as well as to tenants. Gnozzio relocated her Livingston-based personal training studio to the building this spring.
Gnozzio, who also oversees operations for 70fit, focuses on combining training and recovery techniques to benefit each individual’s unique path to health and fitness. She plans to work with building tenants to design customized programs and class schedules.
The tenant-exclusive 70fit center features the latest cardio and strength-training equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and a full body weight training circuit. Shower and bathroom facilities, flat-screen TVs and extended hours provide tenants with all the benefits of a full-service health club without leaving the building.
