LIVINGSTON, NJ — The rain did not stop LTV from covering the annual Memorial Day Parade as LTV members (both alumni, town residents, and current LHS Students) gathered to broadcast both the ceremony and the parade.

"This event is always my favorite because not only does it showcase the best of Livingston, but both LHS Alumni and current LHS Students work together to produce the broadcast," said Jon Aronoff, current LTV board member and Parade Commentator.

The crew gathered at the high school at 5:30 a.m. to begin setting up both shooting locations.

"The real prep started earlier in the week as we all gathered to start packing up the vans and other vehicles because we operate two productions at the same time," said Aronoff.

Both productions were under the supervision of LTV technical coordinator and Livingston High School teacher Steve Milano.

"The true spirit of Livingston shines through LTV where adults from the town, current high school TV students, and past TV students all come together to showcase something as  community-oriented as the Memorial Day parade and ceremony; rain or shine," said Milano.

Check LTV's Facebook page and The Alternative Press for times to watch a rerun of this years parade.
