The Temple B’nai Abraham Adult Learning program will present a Lunch and Learn on Healthy Aging with Karen Frank, RN, TBA Congregational Nurse at the temple on Tuesdays, November 6, 13, and 20 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM. The focus of this class will be on physical health and vitality of men and women ages 50s-90s, “Baby Boomers” who do not go quietly into the night! They didn't accept the sexual mores of the times, the traditional childbirth practices, the silence surrounding menopause, and they are not taking "aging" passively either. They want to do it well, and they want to do it their way. Come to this continuing Lunch and Learn discussion on Healthy Aging and bring your lunch, beverages will be provided! This class is free and open to the community. To register call 973-994-2290 or visit the website at http://www.tbanj.org/adult-learning/seminars#healthy
