LIVINGSTON, NJ — The following individuals were recently charged by the Livingston Municipal Court with theft of property, property maintenance charges and more:

Robert Desch of West Orange was charged with theft of lost or mislaid property, specifically by taking an unattended wallet of the counter at the 7-11 convenience store. According to Livingston Municipal Court, Desch pled guilty to an amended charge of creating a disturbance and was given a $150 fine and $33 in court costs.

Robert Digges of Parsippany pled guilty to three property maintenance charges in relation to a home built at 92 Belmont Drive. He received a $250 fine and $33 in court costs on each of the following: having more than two borders in a home, specifically by having six borders; converting a single-family home into a boarding house, which is prohibited in the zone; and converting a single-family home into a boarding house without a certificate from a construction official.
