An Open Forum for Livingston residents on the proposed Random Drug Testing will be held Thursday, October 26th, at the Livingston Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Forum will offer attendees the opportunity to express their views on the issue in an impartial atmosphere. The event’s theme is “Learn, Speak, Share.” The Forum, which will be professionally moderated, will be the first in a series of community-led events.
