Rabbi Miri Gold Guest Parashat HaShavuah Teacher @ Temple B’nai Abraham

Before services every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM,  Rabbi Kulwin leads participants in a lively discussion of the weekly Torah portion at Temple B’nai Abraham . On Saturday, October 13, 9:00 AM, Rabbi Miri Gold, one of Israel’s most influential liberal rabbis, will be our guest Parashat HaShavuah teacher.    In addition to discussing the portion Bereshit, Rabbi Gold will share recent experiences from Israeli civil and religious rights fronts.   A longtime member of Kibbutz Gezer, she leads Kehilat Birkat Shalom there.  Earlier this year, after a seven year battle in Israel’s Supreme Court, Rabbi Gold won a suit working toward government support for rabbis of all backgrounds..
