LIVINGSTON, NJ — Do you have a passion for community news? TAPinto Livingston is currently seeking a reporter to regularly cover Livingston Board of Education meetings, held twice a month on Monday nights in the Administration Building located at 11 Foxcroft Drive (across from Heritage Middle School).

This is a freelance position, with the individual being paid on a story-by-story basis. As an objective reporter, this individual would be required to commit to the following:

  • Attend meetings in person and take attentive notes to be turned into a news article for
  • Submit an objective news story promptly following these meetings, with quotes and photos.
  • Follow up with certain parties when additional information is necessary.

TAPinto Livingston is looking to fill this position as soon as possible. The current schedule of meetings for the remainder of 2018  includes Mondays, Sept. 17, Oct. 8, Oct. 15, Nov. 12, Nov. 19, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10.
