Thatcher McGhee's Now Accepting Holiday Party Reservations

FAIRFIELD, NJ – The holiday season is quickly approaching and Thatcher McGhee’s Fairfield is now accepting reservations to host the festivities.

For those looking for a cozy atmosphere with an old-world Irish feel, Thatcher McGhee’s has carefully designed two private party rooms to make patrons feel like they are being served right under a country thatched roof.

The main dining room or, “the Abby” can accommodate up to 50 people and “the cottage” can accommodate up to 30 comfortably. It also has TV/AV capabilities for business meeting use or to stream a family photo montage.

And for those wanting to come together in a more casual way, Thatcher’s also has a semi-private balcony that overlooks the bar area. This too can be reserved for some holiday cheer.

“We can accommodate any type of party this season, from a casual buffet style set up to family style pass-arounds," said Thatcher McGhee’s owner, Chris Tennant. "The only thing that won’t change is the cheery holiday atmosphere and top notch hospitality staff."

Thatcher McGhee’s is also offering a one-stop-shop party concierge service for their patrons.

“If our customers would like entertainment set up, we can arrange that as well,” said Erickson. “There is so much to do and to consider around the holiday season so we want to make it as easy as possible for our guest to set up a good time.”
