The Tones have performed at Carnegie Hall and at the White House for two presidents; they have harmonized atop camels in Egypt and crooned their way across the Atlantic aboard the QE2. This past summer, their biennial World Tour included stops in England, Scotland, and France. Within the past few years they have traveled to Germany, Monaco, Israel, Greece, Japan, Switzerland and Jamaica.
During this time, they have raised a considerable amount at benefit concerts for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Broadway Cares: Equity Fights Aids, the Red Cross and the Melanoma Research Foundation, to name a few.
Their constantly expanding repertoire appeals to all ages and encompasses traditional ballads, jazz, Barbershop, classic rock, and American pop. Sunday's concert is sponsored by the Friends of the Library Music Matters Series and there is no admission charge. Reservations are not required
