LIVINGSTON, NJ — Three burglaries to Livingston residences occurred over the last week, according to Livingston police.

The first was reported on Wednesday, April 5, and appears to have occurred between the hours of 5 p.m. at 6:30 p.m. at a residence on South Livingston Avenue. According to police, forced entry as gained through a locked door at the rear of the house. A laptop, tablet and jewelry were removed from the property.

Although reported on April 12, the second burglary occurred at a residence on East Sherbrooke Parkway sometime between 4 p.m. on Monday, April 10 and 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11. Again, entry was gained through the rear door. The homeowners reported the burglary after realizing that jewelry and other items were missing from their residence.

A burglary of to a residence on Walnut Street on April 12 is still under investigation. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
