LIVINGSTON, NJ — The two occupants of a vehicle stopped for driving with no headlights were arrest on March 2 for possession of less than 50 grams of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), police said.

According to police, the motor vehicle stop was conducted at East Cedar Street. Subsequent to investigation, CDS was found inside the vehicle.

The two occupants, ages 19 and 16, were Livingston residents. They were both taken into custody and charged with possession. The juvenile was released to his family and the adult released on his own recognizance pending court action, according to police.
