LIVINGSTON, NJ — The public is invited to learn about how the area’s many different cultures celebrate their individual holidays during the second annual International Holiday Luncheon on Friday from noon to 2 p.m. at the West Essex YMCA in Livingston.

Through the YMCA’s Togetherhood Committee, local student Anshul Nayar and Cheryl Francione, the Y’s associate executive director at the time, created this event last year as a way to celebrate diversity and increase awareness about how holidays are celebrated in different cultures.

Both members and non-members are welcome to attend this free event.
