WEST ORANGE, NJ - On Thursday, March 28, at 6:30 pm, the West Orange Public Library will host the Oranges/Maplewood chapter of the NAACP as Women's History Month is recognized with a panel discussion and book signing with five dynamic female authors.

Journalist Barbara Kukla is the author of five books, including her most recent memoir, Newark Inside My Soul.

Mary Jeanette Parker has a Doctorate Degree in Religious Education and is the author of The Truth of the Matter Is.

JT Keitt has an Creative Writing degree from NYU and her most recent novel is Secret of My Soul.

Ella Dixon Jones is a retired educator from the Newark School system and is the author of Ella's Journey 33,509 Days...and Counting.

Dr. Margaret Brisco practiced obstetrics and gynecology in northern NJ for 35 years at a time when there were few women physicians. She is the author of three books, Women in Transition, among them.
