The podcast that celebrates suburban dad life may be just a week late celebrating military vets, but we're merely extending our recognition of those who serve our country.

On this week's episode, Coach Randy and Adam D spend some time with Annapolis grad and Navy vet Andy Brown of West Caldwell. Andy shares his stories of life as a midshipman and the countries he saw and protected as a member of the US Navy.

The dad of a son who was born at 26 weeks, Andy also talks about his family's speaking and fundraising involvement with the March of Dimes; and how that very son may be making a run for Annapolis himself.

Plus, Adam D reviews Disney Plus's "The Mandalorian" and endorses Ford vs. Ferrari as a father-son activity. And Coach Randy feels a little less manly after his "Squirrels in the Attic" story.

An action-packed Episode 12: "The Few, The Proud, The Dads," is now streaming wherever you find your podcasts.
