Adulting 101: Healthy Cooking

Adulting can be hard, but the Livingston Public Library’s Adulting 101 program series is here to make it easy!  With programs ranging from finance, to cooking, to interview prep, and more, we will show you how to “adult.” The Library invites you to join us on March 7 at 7:00pm for a class on Healthy Cooking where Elle Bernardo, dietician at the Livingston Shoprite, will teach us how to make a quick and nutritious meal. Bernardo will be showing attendees how to make lentil salad.  This recipe does not require any cooking appliances which makes it perfect for college dorms, studio apartments, and for when you don’t feel like lighting a stove or an oven.

Please notify the library of any food allergies. Registration opens February 19.  You can register by calling 973-992-4600 or online at www.livingstonlibrary.org.
