Friday Afternoon Film at Livingston Library: LINCOLN

Daniel Day-Lewis won an Academy Award for his portrayal of President Abraham Lincoln, near the end of the Civil War in 1865. Lincoln strives to abolish slavery and bring peace to the United States. The stellar cast includes Sally Field as Mary Todd Lincoln, along with Hal Holbrook, Tommy Lee Jones and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

The film is rated PG-13.

The Livingston Library Endowment Fund sponsors all film programs. They are FREE and open to everyone.
